Your Purchase: Each of our orders just isn't about getting the
software...below (and below) are some benefits and basic facts about
ordering software from WheelBarrow Software.

Support
Registered users of any of our software will get e-mail support for
their purchase. Our customers may e-mail 24 hours a day at support@wheelbarrowsoftware.com
and expect a better than 24-hour turnaround on any questions or
comments. We will do our best to solve any problem you may be
experiencing.
II.
Upgrades
to Our Next Major Release
Purchase our play designer software and get the next version year free of
charge. We will let you know via e-mail that it is available and we
ask that each person e-mail us if they would like a download link.
III.
7-Day Refund Policy:
We will provide a 7 Day Refund policy to our customers with a 15%
re-stocking fee. (If you order a CD, the CD must be sent back to
receive the refund). We
will always first attempt to solve the
customer's problems. We cannot provide a refund for download
issues, animation issues, printing issues, or activation issues as we can & will easily support our
clients through these issues. For our play designer series, we cannot and will not provide any refund for video capture
performance issues because system performance is often the
cause of poor video quality.
IV. On-Line Help
On our web site under the help section for
our software is extensive help and excellent videos of the software in
use. We always recommend these as the best support as they are available
upon demand and they will provide an excellent visualization of the task at
hand.
